2、箱體結(jié)構(gòu)特性：

2.1 Box structure: the test box is made of  SUS304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.0mm.

箱體結(jié)構(gòu)：試驗箱箱體采用試驗室?guī)彀?*拼接而成，外部材質(zhì)為厚度1.0mm的SUS304不銹鋼。

2.2 Test space: the internal test space will be made of non magnetic SUS-304 stainless steel with no paint. All the seams will be TIG welded and vapor tight. The surface will be well polished.

測試空間： 箱體內(nèi)膽材料為SUS304號、厚度1.0的不銹鋼。所有縫隙都由TIG（鎢極惰性氣體保護電弧焊）無縫焊接完成，保證密封。表面被很好的刨光。

2.3  Insulation: the insulation material will be of low 'k' factor, high intensity and non hygroscopic nature. The insulation will be multi layered with double vapor barrier. Asbestos free mineral fiber insulation will be used and the thickness is about 120mm.

保溫材料：。使用低“K”值的*緣保溫材料，高強度和不可燃、不沉積特性。這種*緣材料為多層分層，每層兩面都有蒸汽*緣，厚度120mm。

2.4  Door:  double silicone seal, hinges and lock.

箱門：單開或雙開，根據(jù)需求定制，帶有雙層硅橡膠密封和門鎖。

2.5  Door useful dimensions:

門的有效尺寸：根據(jù)實際容積定制；

2.6  Inspection windows: the chamber will be provided with one multilayer toughened glass inspection windows with built-in heaters.;

The inspection window is equipped with an electric heating element on the surface of the glass able to prevent the condensate and frost formation;

觀測窗：箱體帶有一個多層玻璃觀測窗，帶有內(nèi)部加熱器。；

玻璃表面的電子加熱可以防止水的冷凝和結(jié)霜；

2.7  Internal lighting: One lamp, with control switch placed on the control panel;

內(nèi)部照明：1 個，控制開關(guān)在箱體外部控制面板上；

2.8  Cable port: Two portholes (Ф100mm), by low thermal conductivity materials and equipped with blind plugs.

測試孔：兩個直徑為100mm，帶有由*緣材料做成的*緣塞；（位于箱體左右兩側(cè)）

3、Air-conditioning System/空氣調(diào)節(jié)裝置:

3.1  Regulation and control: Forced circulation for temperature  regulation; Independent PID regulation to achieve consecutive cooling and heating capability; No energy waste deriving from extra heating to compensate extra cooling;

調(diào)節(jié)和控制：強制對流調(diào)溫調(diào)濕方式的冷端和熱端PID調(diào)節(jié)，熱量和冷量均可連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)，避免了制冷量和加熱量而造成的能源浪費；

3.2  Air-circulation equipment: Powerful blowers driven by external motors with stainless steel shafts;

4.1.4  The compressed is equipped with electronic suction and discharge pressure sensor, this is convenient for error diagnosis and future maintenance; the pressure can be read on line;

壓縮機的吸排氣口都安裝有電子壓力傳感器，能夠?qū)崟r的讀取壓縮機的高壓和低壓壓力，監(jiān)控冷凍機組的運行狀態(tài)，對于可能出現(xiàn)的故障進行預(yù)判，減少設(shè)備的維修時間和周期，大大提高了設(shè)備的運行效率，方便客戶使用；
